This was my 1st time running this 10K. I loved this course. The hills were hard but made it feel like you were working. Add to that the stunning scenery and the general good feel of all the participants, and it was a pleasure to take part. I will definitely be taking part again. Big thanks to the organisers and volunteers for making it a day to remember.

Thanks to the organisers and volunteers for providing such a memorable run on a beautiful autumn morning. Thoroughly enjoyed the descent back to the finish and delighted to receive the slate coaster (a must for the collector) and the welsh cake - a true memento of the occasion.

First time I've done it this year, what a fantastic route, thoroughly enjoyed it. Well organised and plenty of support from marshal’s and locals. Roll on next year!

First time for me to run this race today as I always thought it was a hard race. But I loved every minute of it although it was very muddy in places and challenging it was a very good run and I'm looking g forward to running it next year. Great support too :-)
